Hiring rules

• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved
• No smoking inside the van
• pets are welcome but must be declared and no signs of them being there.
• Hirer age restrictions 25 min ( see insurance criteria below )
• Van inside must return cleaned or will incur up to a £50.00 fee.
• Pick up from 10.00 weekdays and 11.00 am — weekends Drop back by 18.00 pm
• Our pick up and drop off location is by appointment only please let us know what time you will be and if any delays or changes you must inform us.
• Travel distance 200 kms day extra KMS extra 0.32 km
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, fill out accident statement form found in glove box. Take photos of all damage and situation . Inform On Tour campervans using the help and assistance number.
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Damage that is found and not reported will be charged at maximum level
• Fuel return same as taken . if you leave more it cannot be refunded
• Insurance before you book you must ensure you meet the criteria below . Failure to disclose or give inaccurate information will mean immediate cancelaion of hire with no refunds.
• AGE 25 and above
•  Must have held a full driving licence for a period of 12 months
•  Note Standard cover does not apply for Hirers/drivers over 75 years of age

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The van was very basic and a bit battered & grubby. The van is small which makes it easy to manoeuvre in town, we were very grateful for the AC and the battery powered lighting was nice. The radio didn't work and there where sharp screws poking into the storage boxes which made things difficult to get in and out without ripping our bags. The photo of the back of the van wasn't accurate, so the kitchen was not as expected, only camping stoves provided rather than the cooker shown in the photo, and the water wasn't filled. I probably wouldn't hire from this provider again.
