The full insurance criteria and documents required can be sent to proposed hirers of the campervan. To hire the campervan, hirers would need to provide the necessary documents and meet the insurance criteria, before being able to drive the van.

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside
• No pets OR pets only upon application
• No festivals
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of £50.00
• Standard pickup / dropoff times are 3pm / 11am
• Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
• Cooking gas to be returned full
• Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
• Mileage limits (per day or per hire) 125 miles per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
• Hirer age restrictions 25 to 75years
• Fuel – please return filled with E5 unleaded fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call me or Camplify on 0330 808 1811.
