Hiring rules

• • Offroad driving is not permitted.
• • No smoking inside the vehicle.
• • No pets.
• • Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
• • We are very flexible with regard to collection and dropoff times.
• • Maximum 750 miles per week (prorata for shorter bookings). Additional miles are charged at 32p per mile.
• • You must ensure the vehicle is properly locked and secured when left unsupervised. The keys must not be left in the ignition when the vehicle is not in motion.
• • We will provide a full tank of diesel at the beginning of your hire period. Please return the vehicle with a full tank. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank, there will be a £20.00 charge, plus the cost of refuelling.
• • All accidents and damage must be reported immediately. All information with regards to any accidents must be given including; names, addresses, insurance details, and vehicle information for any third parties involved. Photos and videos should be provided where possible.
• • You will be responsible for all costs of repair, and or replacement as necessary in relation to damage to the windscreen, keys, tyres, and punctures.
• • You will be liable for any speeding, parking, congestion charges, and any other offences committed under the Road Traffic Act 1988 or traffic regulations. Note that a £25.00 administration fee will be applied for the transfer of PCN notices.

  Our family of 4 had a fab trip away in this van. Marie has been superb having everything we needed for this trip away which made it so easy having less to think about and to pack. Marie invited us to see the van before we went away and gave us a thorough run through of how things worked. Communication has been great from Marie and we enjoyed 3 nights away without a hitch. We will definitely book again.

  This was our first campervan experience, we spent 10 days in Cosmos with 2 children. It took a couple of days to settle into the routine but once we got into the swing of it we had a great time. The fit out of the van is superb with cupboards and equipment everywhere. Marie supplies all gear needed, including many things that we hadn't thought of. I would recommend hiring the drive away awning as it gives lots of extra space. Marie was very quick to answer any queries we had and was always very helpful.
