Additional Information & Extras This section covers what’s included with your hire, optional extras, and practical arrangements. Full van features are described above. Ivan offers several flexible sleeping layouts. The van is usually set up in the standard rear double with optional top bunk, but other layouts are easy to switch depending on your group. We’ll happily talk you through the best option before your trip, and can send additional photos for detail if it helps! What’s Included Gas supplied (bottles typically last up to a month with normal summer use) A fully equipped kitchen, ready for relaxed, everyday cooking, including: Cutlery, plates, bowls and glasses Mugs, pans and cooking utensils Chopping board, sieves, tin opener and corkscrew Tea towels, cling film and basic kitchen essentials Picnic table and chairs A small selection of simple games (such as boules and cards) Off-street parking for your car during your hire Everything is set up so you can arrive, settle in and enjoy your time away without needing to bring lots of extras. Optional Extras (Please Ask) To suit different styles of trips, we offer a small range of optional extras: Folding electric bikes Inflatable paddleboards Two-seater kayak Tents and additional camping equipment (useful for festivals or when extra space is needed) Bed Linen & Towel Hire For guests who prefer to travel light, we offer a bed linen and towel hire package at £50.00 for the double bed (up to 2 guests). • Other Hiring Information & Care of Ivan
• Ivan is very much our pride and joy, and we hope you enjoy him as much as we do. We simply ask that he is treated with care and returned clean, tidy, and in the same condition as at the start of your hire.
• Sleeping arrangements
• If the optional top bunk is fitted, please note it has a maximum weight limit of 100kg.
• Insurance requirements
• For insurance purposes, drivers must:
• be aged 25–70
• hold a valid UK, EU, EEA, Australian or New Zealand driving licence
• have no more than 6 penalty points in the last 5 years (for nonmajor offences)
• Fuel & waste
• The campervan is supplied with a full tank of diesel and should be returned full.
• The toilet cassette will be fully emptied and cleaned before each hire; we ask that it is returned in the same condition.
• Inside the van
• The campervan is strictly nonsmoking at all times (smoke detectors are fitted).
• Please use cooking and heating equipment as demonstrated at handover and avoid leaving appliances unattended.
• During your hire
• If anything is damaged or not working as expected, please take photos where possible and let us know as soon as you can. We often have consecutive bookings, so early notice really helps us keep everything running smoothly.
• General suitability
• Ivan is best suited to couples, solo travellers, or small families looking for a relaxed and considerate camping experience. He is not intended for rowdy use or party groups.

  Our break in Ivan was awesome. Ivan had everything we needed for a good nights sleep, the handover was very informative and the handy booklet we were given with all the information was very useful. Jennie + Neils communication was spot on too for a late pick up and earlier drop off.

  We had an amazing time hiring the van. We were only having a local trip but the vehicle itself ran very smoothly, was very clean and tidy, and intuitive to use. It is a lovely size for small families like ours (2 adults, 2 young children) and it's a great added bonus that the beds can be kept opened out, meaning you don't have the faff of putting beds up and down each day. Jennie was very helpful beforehand, during handover, and throughout our trip if we had any questions at all. She was always very quick to reply. We had an unfortunate incident where an item on the inside of the van was damaged and Jennie was very helpful, understanding, and responsive. The issue was sorted efficiently and we really appreciated how she put our minds at ease following the issue. I would greatly recommend both the camper itself and Jennie to anyone looking to hire.

  We hired Ivan the Camper Van for 12 days for a family trip to Snowdonia with our two little ones (ages 1 and 4), and it couldnt have been better! From the very start, Jennie and Neil were fantasticsuper responsive with any questions we had and incredibly thorough during the handover, making sure we felt confident and ready to get the most out of the van. Driving Ivan was a pleasure. Hes easy to handle, and the large mirrors and rear camera made parking simple, even in tight spots. Inside, the layout worked brilliantly for us as a family. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and food (the large fridge/freezer was a real bonus!), and the table with swivel chairs quickly became the hub of family lifeperfect for meals, games, and activities on cooler days. The facilities were excellent too: the combi boiler provided lots of hot water from the generously sized tank, and the heating kept us cosy on chilly mornings and evenings, which made a huge difference with young children. Returning the van, it was lovely to share our adventures with Jennie and Neil, who were genuinely excited to hear about our trip. Were already planning our next getaway and wouldnt hesitate to book Ivan againit had everything we needed and more for a memorable family adventure. The Watson Family

  2 weeks travelling from Norfolk to do the Scottish NC500, Ivan never missed a beat & was the perfect vehicle for the journey. It has all the amenities to comfortably parking up overnight if you cant find or dont want a campsite & not to big to get into a standard car space around towns. I highly recommend dealing with Jennie & Neil they couldnt help us enough.
