Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Anthony 4.8Lovely van, perfect for my wife, daughter and myself to take a short notice weekend break to The Mumbles. It was easy to drive, and came with everything needed to see you through an easy weekend. It was really clean when we picked it up, needed very little fuel, and the leisure battery lasted all weekend for the fridge and charging phones. Comfy beds, and perfectly warm enough with a 9 tog duvet, even though the nights were 5oC outside. The front chairs dont swivel reducing the available room but we were fine as we spent most of our time outside.

Dave 5.0This was our first time hiring a campervan or even staying in one, and it couldn't have been any smoother or stress-free. Sophie & David were in touch multiple times before the hire date to answer any questions and were really accommodating and flexible on pickup and drop off times. They were on-hand throughout if we had any issues, but the handover and videos Sophie provided gave us everything we needed. Our son loved sleeping in the pop-top and I has the best night sleep I've ever had camping. I'm not sure I could ever go back to a tent now! Would highly recommend and look forward to our next trip Dave, CrIstie and Elliot
