Hiring rules
- No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
- No smoking inside the van
- Van cannot be taken to festivals (onsite or in the location)
- Hirer age restrictions (Camplify Flex insurance covers drivers who are between 25 & 70 years of age)
- Van must be returned cleaned (including equipment) or will incur a £40.00 cleaning fee.
- Pick up from 9am on day of booking and Drop back by 3pm on return day
- Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
- Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 250 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mark 5.0Had a great time in this campervan (first timers). Very high quality and comfortable install with an excellent power system. Off grid for 5 days, solar kept the batteries topped up. Comfortable to drive as you would expect from a Merc Vito. Excellent communication with the owner would definitely hire this again for our next trip.
