Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a super adventure with Arthur to Scotland. It was so easy to drive and park. A comfy and compact little van with everything we needed. Carl has been brilliant right from the initial booking to drop off. If youre considering booking just go for it!

This was our first camper van experience and it was totally as expected. Arthur was nice to drive, good on fuel and comfy. You did have to remove your watch though, as a Gshock was too bulky to get to the handbrake. The functions were simple to use for camper novices. We arrived very early for both the hand over and drop off and it wasn't treated as an inconvenience. We did have a few niggles as new 'campers' and Carl was helpful at the end of a phone. All in all we had a good first experience. Thank you.

First time hiring a camper van and due to our experience with Carl and camplify it wont be the last. Carl was very professional and helpful with any questions we had. The van itself was easy to drive and has everything you need for a camping trip. Would definitely hire again.
