Hiring rules

• No smoking inside the van please
• We supply an outdoor kitchen which is easy to set up and use you may find this more comfortable to use for main meals.
• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
• If you are taking it to a festival, prior approval needed.
• Hirer age 2570
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight it only takes 2 mins!
• Please return the van cleaned otherwise you will incur a £30.00 fee.
• Pick up from 3pm Drop back by 12pm.
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL please. All hires include a full tank upon departure.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
