Hiring rules
- 1. No smoking inside van please
- 2. Standard pick up time is 11am and standard drop off time is 5pm unless otherwise agreed in advance
- 3. Any damage must be reported immediately, please see Useful Information inside the van for details on how to go about this
- 4. Mileage limited to 100 miles per day, 45p per mile charged thereafter
- 5. Fuel is diesel, please return tank full. All hires include a full tank on departure
- 6. No off road driving
- 7. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. Follow the instructions in the Useful Information document inside the van
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Louise 5.0Lovely van, had a great weekend in it at Silverstone for the British GP! Maggie let us pick up the van early so we could get going as early as possible and available to drop off when we wanted to! Van was comfortable, easy to drive and no problems at all - also had all of the camping equipment we needed. Would definitely hire again from them! Thank you for letting us use your van and have an amazing weekend away!
