Hiring rules
- No smoking including vapes
- Family festivals are allowed with prior agreement with an additional deposit of £500.00 required.
- Pets are allowed but we just need to check they are not dragons! :)
- Please return Raymundo full of diesel.
- Please clean him, empty waste and clean portaloo if using it, there will be a cleaning penalty of £50.00 if he's not returned back in the condition you collected him in.
- Please empty the shower hose into the bucket provided too!
- Pick up at 10am and return by 3pm, if we can accommodate flexibility of times we will
- You are welcome to go as far as you like but over 500 miles is a 0.75p per mile charge
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mark 5.0Kate and Time came to the rescue with Raymundo after a last minute cancellation of our previous booking. Raymundo was very clean and kitted out with all the essentials and more. He was a pleasure to drive and stay in on our trip to Eryri. Fantastically comfortable for our family of three plus dog; we would have been happy to stay much longer!
