- Collection time is usually 15:00.
- Return time is usually 09:00 on the final day.
- Late returns incur additional charges.
- Vehicles must be returned clean, with the same full fuel level, empty waste tanks, and no personal belongings.
- Travel Restrictions
- Vehicles cannot be taken outside the UK without prior approval and additional cover.
- Unauthorized international travel voids insurance and incurs penalties.
- Damages and Charges
- Hirers are responsible for various damages not covered by standard insurance.
- Additional charges apply for cleaning, late returns, and traffic violations.
- Damage to specific parts (e.g., windscreen, mirrors) may incur set replacement fees.

- Drivers must be 2574 years old and have held a license for at least 2 years.
- Maximum 6 points on driving license allowed.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations

- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
