Hiring rules

• 1. 1x medium or 2x small dogs only.
• 2. Pick up and return times can be flexible if arranged in advance.
• 3. Renter will supply own linen, towels and bedding.
• 4. Weight limit on roof bed (pop top) 7080kg (eg 1 adult or 2 children).
• 5. Full tank of fuel on collection and return (shortfall will be charged @£2.00 per litre)
• 6. Barney is a nonsmoking/vaping vehicle
• 7. Barney will be clean and sanitised prior to collection to a high standard
• 8. There is a minimal cleaning charge of £30.00 but we reserve the right to charge a higher fee in exceptional circumstances
• 9. In respect of punctures during the rental period, all repair costs will be born by the renter.
• 10. Festivals have a higher associated risk attached on hire and therefore may not be accepted.
• 11. No liability will be accepted for personal injury through use of the vehicle and its sleeping accommodation and therefore is used at the renters own risk
• 12. Please note that Barney is GPS tracked
• 13. ID checks and Driving licence will be required prior to booking and DVLA checks will be made by Camplify.
• Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
• 14. Please remember to bring your driving licences to the handover.
• 15. No smoking is permitted in the van

  Took this van down to Cornwall for a few days and it was perfect. Super comfy, really well set up, and had everything we needed. Drove great and made the whole trip really easy. Would definitely rent again.

Barney is great and just the right size to explore Cornwal, exactly what we expected! Be aware if you rent the Van for 3 or 4 that there is no mattress on the top bed so you should bring your own inflatable mattress.
