This 4 berth Ace Jubilee has a very desirable double lounge layout with side dinnette which converts to a single bed and bunk. It has had regular servicing so you can ensure all appliances are good to go. This the caravan is in lovely condition and would be perfectly sutable for a family holiday, festival or use as long term accommodation. It has a very versatile layout with 2 singles or a 'pull out' double in the front of the caravan, in the midsection of the caravan is a well appointed kitchen and large end bathroom. The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with large panoramic windows, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out double bed roll out from under these drawers. The front lounge comfortably seats 4-6 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heki rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. The well appointed kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, an Electrolux 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, and ample worktops. The bathroom has a Thetford cassette, a shower, sink, and bathroom cabinet. The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater all work off electric and gas. The water system is run by a submersible pump. All the windows are fitted with a fly screen, a blackout blind and curtains. The door (stable style) also has a fly screen which can be pulled across. There is an external 240v socket.
