Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Beth 4.8Margaret was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole booking process . She was flexible. The caravan was great, excellent size and comfy. We brought our own bedding and crockery as per instruction, which worked well. We were a family of four .
Christian 4.3Maggie, saved our holiday after a last minute cancellation. The van needed a good clean but this is understandable hence the last minute booking. Overall good holiday, Maggie did her best to acomadate our needs at short notice.
