Hiring rules

• No smoking in the caravan.
• Gas usage charges may apply.
• Caravans may be used at festivals subject to confirmation with owner, festival fees may apply.
• Awnings may be available on request for a small fee Awnings must be packed away dry.
• Cleaning Caravans and used equipment must be cleaned upon return failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of £100.00.
• Caravans must be booked in at a festival, location or camp site. No free camping.
• Damage If damage occurs it must be reported immediately who, what, where and when. Damage fees may apply.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The caravan I had booked unfortunately had an electrical issue before my trip, but Steve contacted me prior to make sure I was OK with a change of caravan. Luckily this caravan was actually larger than what I had booked so technically had an upgrade for no extra cost. The drop off and delivery was easy and the gentleman who delivered the caravan was very polite and professional. I had a couple of minor issues whilst away but I was able liase with Steve and everything was fine. I would use Steve again for any future caravan hire, the price and simplicity of our business was exactly what we was after.

  The van was slightly different but in fantastic condition & it worked for three ladies working at Glastonbury festival. Steve was very amiable, helpful and made it as easy on us as possible. We were at the largest festival in the world and he found our spot &!sited us and set us up. Thats not an easy task. Already have more customers for next year who loved the quality of the van and we will re book ourselves. Great hire and have no hesitation in recommending Steve. Everything we needed was provided. With one slight hiccup but Steve tried to sort immediately. Great people to hire from. Great vans. Great communication.

  Steve was very flexible, fitting around timings for delivery and collection and went to a great deal of trouble getting the caravan all set up for me. He was very thorough. He was available to contact throughout which is very reassuring. Would definitely hire from Steve again
