• Caravans may be used at festivals subject to confirmation with owner, festival fees may apply.
• Awnings may be available on request for a small fee Awnings must be packed away dry.
• Cleaning Caravans and used equipment must be cleaned upon return failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of £100.00.
• Caravans must be booked in at a festival, location or camp site. No free camping.
• Damage If damage occurs it must be reported immediately who, what, where and when. Damage fees may apply.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Holiday from hell, excuses as to why caravan we had ordered was not available and excuses changed by owner (first it was caravan had been delivered to wrong site, followed by the caravan needed maintenance even though we ordered 5.5 months earlier). Caravan was severely delayed in its delivery to site and had major issues with power that took hours to rectify/before we could unload the car. Moreover it was filthy, faulty/broken in many places, roof leaked down onto beds, fridge was mouldy and smelt of dead rotting animal, three blinds broken, black mould from toilet flushes and sink water. Advertisement not to be trusted. No offers to rectify the issue by both the owner or Camplify; the latter have also ignored all subsequent email and telephone correspondence. The whole experience has been stressful, we have been treated appallingly and it ruined/overshadowed the entire holiday. If there were zero stars, we would have given those instead. We are second time users of Camplify (not this owner) and had no issues whatsoever last year. Disgraceful all around.   The van was clean and tidy and Steve resolved the set up issues when asked. The kitchen equipment is very basic so if youre planning to cook for 4 or 6 then bring your own stuff. More communication upfront would have been welcomed.

  All of the arrangements and holiday went very smoothly. From arranging an RV location all the way through to the pick up. Once the caravan was pitched and set up for us we were given a comprehensive briefing on the caravans utilities. We were also fortunate enough to get an upgrade from a 6 berth Dart to a 6 berth Challenger 2. The caravan was superb with all mod cons and provided plenty of space. If you want a touring caravan holiday without the hassle of towing, setting up, tear down and tow back then this is a fantastic option for you, with a brilliant administration back up. Nice one Steve. Well be back

  This van was perfect for our needs of extra accommodation for visitors from Canada coming to our wedding.

  We really enjoyed our time in the caravan and would definitely book again. It was delivered and picked up on time and when we had a small issue during the hire, Steve was very communicative and came out to sort things out for us. Really good hirer.
