Hiring rules

• No smoking permitted within the motorhome.
• Maximum of two wellbehaved dogs (see additional charge), not to be left alone inside the motorhome.
• Bed linen and duvets/pillows can be hired. If they are not hired then just the mattress protector will be provided.
• Mattress protectors are provided and must be used at all times and must not be slept on directly without a top sheet.
• Wheel clamp to be used when motorhome is parked.
• On return the following rules apply:
• 1. Return all equipment to correct storage locations (see main and individual inventory lists);
• 2. Strip the beds but leave the mattress protectors in place;
• 3. Note any lost or damaged items in the black logbook;
• 4. Empty the grey waste water tank;
• 5. Empty the toilet cassette, rinse thoroughly and replace (do not add chemicals);
• 6. Clean the vehicle throughout so that it is returned to the condition in which you collected it a full cleaning kit including vaccum, mop, dustpan and all cleaning products and consumables is included;
• 7. Refuel to a full tank at a garage within 5 miles of the return address;
• 8. Dispose of all rubbish and recycling responsibly;
• 9. Ensure that you arrive back with us no later than 10:30am (unless agreed otherwise) to avoid a late return charge;
• 10. Remove all of your belongings.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Van was good ..needed a few basic things to help ..couple of plugs for the sinks ..gas hob kettle rather than a saucepan and regardless of the instructions and video reviewed many times there seamed to be a fault with the gas powered water heating hence cold showers only ! Ive hired a few motor homes previously!

  Excellent is the word to describe it. Loved the comfort it provided. Its going to be one of the best memories of the trip we had.
