• To ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these rental rules:
• 1. Fuel Policy ⛽
• ✅ The motorhome will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
• ✅ It must be returned with a full tank.
• ❌ If not, a charge of £2.00 per litre will apply.
• 2. Cleaning Policy 🧼
• ✅ The motorhome must be returned in a clean condition, both inside and out.
• ✅ All rubbish must be removed.
• ✅ The toilet cassette and grey water tank must be emptied before return.
• ❌ A cleaning fee of £80.00 for interior/exterior cleaning and £95.00 for unemptied toilet will be charged if not adhered to.
• 3. Damage & Security Deposit 🔒
• ✅ Any damage, breakages, or lost items must be reported immediately.
• ✅ The cost of any repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
• 4. Mileage Limit 📍
• ✅ Fair usage mileage of 100 miles per day applies.
• ❌ Excess mileage charged at 50p per mile.
• 5. Smoking & Pets 🚭
• ❌ No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
• 6. Breakdown & Accidents 🛠️
• ✅ The motorhome is covered by breakdown assistance.
• ✅ Any breakdowns or accidents must be reported immediately.
• 7. Driving & Insurance 🚦
• ✅ The motorhome can only be driven by the named and insured drivers.
• ✅ Drivers must be over 25 with a valid UK/EU driving licence.
• ✅ The vehicle must not exceed weight limits or be overloaded.
• 8. Booking, Cancellations & Late Returns ⏳
• ✅ The motorhome must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns will be charged at £50.00 per hour.
• ✅ Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental start date are nonrefundable unless re hired for the same dates.
• By booking, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

  Van was great. The price didn't include cooking utensils, gas and other basics but these things were available as an optional extra. Be careful with the table, it can be damaged easily. We were warned beforehand but still somehow managed to stress the bracket where it attaches to the cabin.
