Additional information
Please remember to bring suitable bedding/sleeping bags for the weather conditions as these are not supplied. The vehicle will be full of diesel and gas prior to collection and must be returned the same, if it doesn't charges will apply including labour charges. We do our best to provide a clean and well maintained vehicle, please return in the same condition so allow time to carry out checks and cleaning.
Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking, no vaping & no pets on the furniture. Only 1 small, well behaved dog allowed, we love big dogs but they just wouldn't fit!
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was collected and fuels refilled, charges may apply after a full inspection, this is a brand new vehicle!
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £2,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

A manual is provided too and you can call anytime if struggling with anything. I did check on something for clarity and had an immediate response. Great communication and a lovely van.
