Hiring rules

• Driver requirements
• Must have held a full driving licence for over 2 years
• Aged between 25 70
• One named driver per hire unless agreed prior to collection (additional charge maybe applicable for more drivers)
• Driver details will need to be validated via https://www.gov.uk/viewdrivinglicence
• Must be supported by photographic ID (driving licence and/or passport)
• Must be supported with minimum of 2 utility bills for proof of address (within last 90 days)
• Security deposit of £100.000 is required by our insurance company prior to hire which will need to be paid directly to the advertiser.
• Security deposit will be fully refunded as long as there is no damage/breakage/specialist cleaning required.
• We are happy for our motorhome to be used to attend festivals but an additional charge may be applied
• Any speeding fines, or penalty charge notices are the responsibility of the hirer, who under the Road Traffic Act, act as the 'owner' of
• the vehicle whilst on hire.
• Strictly NO SMOKING in the motorhome at all times
• A maximum of 2 well behaved medium sized dogs are welcome in our motorhome, however the motorhome must be returned clean
• and dog hair free.
• An additional security deposit will be required to cover any cleaning costs on return.
• Pets must not be left in the vehicle unattended.
• Any damage caused by a pet, even if it exceeds the security deposit will be payable.
• The vehicle must be returned as follows:
• Toilet cassette must be empty and rinsed £200.00 payable if not completed
• Water and waste tanks should be empty £50.00 payable if not completed
• Fuel should be full Cost to fill plus £20.00
• The vehicle should be completely clean inside – cleaning products are provided in the vehicle
• We will clean the outside of the motorhome once it’s returned, however if it is excessively dirty with mud or dirt it will take longer to
• assess the condition of the outside of the vehicle which may in turn delay the refunding of the security deposit.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
