Hiring rules

• Vehicle collection times between 24pm. Vehicle return times between 10am12pm. Additional times available as optional extra once booking is confirmed.
• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
• Insurance and breakdown assistance is included for one driver, you will need to confirm the following information/criteria prior to collection:
• • Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date).
• • Two proof of address from separate sources (details below)
• • Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, PayPal)
• • Signed rental agreement
• • Must meet the specified age limits within your policy and have at least 2 years
• driving experience (Full UK, EU, AU, US, CA, NZ & SA licence types).
• • Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
• • Single 4 point offences are acceptable without referral and subject to standard terms.
• • Single 6 point SP30, SP50 and CU80 convections are acceptable subject to a £100.000 excess. All other 6 points+ offences will require referral to the insurers.
• • No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.
• You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address from the following:
• • Electricity (bill/statement)
• • Water (bill/statement)
• • Gas (bill/statement)
• • Broadband/Landline
• • Council tax
• • TV licence
• • Bank Statement
• • Credit card bill / statement
• • Mortgage statement
• • Polling card
• • HMRC selfassessment / tax credit
• 2 years minimum driving experience.
• Standard collection is from 2.00pm on check in day, please return by 11.00am on check out day (some flexibility, please enquire).
• The vehicle will be provided with full gas bottles, please return it also full.
• The fuel tank will be full, hirers should return the vehicle with a full tank of diesel. (Multiple filling stations within Milton Keynes).
• Please empty and clean the toilet cassette before drop off, and make sure the habitation area is clean and tidy.
• No smoking/vaping allowed inside the vehicle.
• Please empty grey waste and toilet before returning. A £50.00 + fuel cost fee shall be payable for each of the above not being carried out.
• Please return clean and tidy as it left us. £30.00 cleaning fee if returned dirty inside.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  Cavvy was lovely, our children throughly enjoyed the motorhome. We first time motorhomers, owner were helpful and quick to respond to queries when we were away. I would recommend.

  Colin and Kay were fantastic throughout. Cavvy was just as advertised. Handover was fantastic. Our family had a great time away and we had lots of compliments on Cavvy from others in our traveling party. Lovely to drive and had everything you could need whilst camping. Would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking for next year.

  From the moment we saw the pictures of Cavvy, we knew she was the one to make our trip to Scotland and complete the NC500 a dream a reality, and indeed dreams do come true! Colin & Kay could not have been more welcoming with us both. They took the time to reassure us, went through the handover smoothly and was on call if we had any problems, we never felt we were an inconvenience. Something you don't get with many rentals of Motorhomes, they paid extra attention to detail to get to know us as a customer and personalised our trip to make it the most memorable holiday we both have ever experienced. Thank you, Nathan and soon to be Mrs Nathan!

  Had a great week albeit as is the case in March (and unsurprisingly) the weather let us down a bit - van was spotless, fully kitted out & very easy to drive, everything you need for a great holiday is included also things like cooking utensils, outside chairs, wi-Fi, dvds / online tv etc. - Colin and Kay make every effort to ensure you have a great holiday and I would definitely recommend them as hosts
