Additional information
We will include a few things to make van life a litter easier.. Kids games, chargers, coffee, tea, salt and pepper. The van is fully stocked with cooking utensils, glasses, plates etc. However please let us know if you have dietary requirements or do not drink alcohol as sometimes there may be a little surprise. Hiring rules
- 1. No smoking inside van
- 2. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- 3. Vehicle must be returned clean or you will risk a £50.00 cleaning fee
- 4. Please use air fryer outside van with extension cable and table provided
- 5. Any damaged must be reported immediately
- 6. Empty water and toilet waste before returning, or you will incur a £50.00 charge
- 7. Gas and Diesel returned full, or cost to fill and additional £30.00 charge
- 8. Payment of deposit 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled
- 9. 100 miles are included in booking fee. You will be charge 0.45p per mile for additional distance travelling over the total allowance. This is calculated within in Camplify's pre and post hire checklist
- 10. Hirer age restriction 2570
- 11. No offroad driving / beach / extended driving on gravel roads
- 12. Pull over immediately of any warning lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call me or Camplify 0330 808 1811
- Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ross 5.0Very comfortable, clean and spacious for us 2 . Lots of helpful things ie bug sprays, sun cream , umbrellas , games etc. basic cleaning and bags etc( very much appreciated) .
