- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

David 5.0Neil, ensured we were prepared for our trip and understood everything about BettyAnn. He communicated very well and reassured us, if there was a problem. The trip went without a hitch and the van was great to drive. Everything required for our trip was available and we are now converted to a campervan from our previous experiences with a motorhome.
