Get away from it all in our lovely, spacious, super comfy static caravan — set in a beautiful serene lakeside location. Panoramic views of the lake, SSSI nature reserve and the iconic Humber Bridge beyond. Abundant bird life can be seen on the lake. Surrounded by nature and wildlife and our menagerie of domestic friends including ducks, chickens, sheep, ponies, ferrets, degus, guinea pigs, and our dog Molly. A truly special place to relax and unwind, a tonic for the soul !

Situated right next to Waters' Edge Nature Reserve. Lovely walks and cycling routes right on the doorstep. The caravan has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. There is also a lovely private lakeside garden. Barton is a lovely little town with 7 pubs, lovely coffee shops, 3 supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. Waters' Edge and Far Ings nature reserves play host to numerous species of birds and other wildlife. It is within easy driving distance of places such as Hull (City of Culture 2017), Beverley, York, Cleethorpes and Lincoln.

Visitors welcome, by prior arrangement.
Do not bring extra guests.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Refundable Accident Excess

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
