Ľubomír 4.8Regarding the communication, everything was OK, pick up and drop off arrangements were quite good, all necessary information was provided swiftly when requested, Guissepe was nice and helpful. The van itself had everything you need for off grid travels in highlands. Even though we hadnt have much sun, we never had battery issues, the gas water heater worked well, we did not use a diesel heater as the warm duvet (there were two to be picked from) was warm enough and weve been comfy even when temperatures inside van dropped to 15 C. The van has plety of storage, as for the bed, my 185 cm was probably around the max to sleep comfortably due to its dimensions. Driving of the van was quite nice, given the dimensions and weight, we had no troubles at single track roads, up hills, nor parking spaces. There were some cosmetic issues as the van is not new, but the value/price ratio is really good. We would hire again, so we can recommend the Pheonex!
Max 5.0We had an amazing trip in the Cotswolds in Floki! The van has absolutely everything you could need for a trip away. Shaun and Katie made the whole process so easy and were brilliant at explaining everything to us. Couldnt recommend it enough!
Nikki 5.0First night was great, on a site with electric hookup. Second night it went downhill as we had planned our route without electric. Leisure battery would not hold a charge. No lights after 15 minutes, no fridge, no hot water and no heating unless the engine was running. Touched base with Adam to let him know, but nothing could be done at that point. Carried on with holiday and let Adam know the full details on our return. 7 days later no feedback or acknowledgement of the issue from Adam other than his Dad turned the lights on and they worked, which was obvious as my message had sated they worked for 15 minutes. Could have had a cheaper van elsewhere without a shower as we couldnt use it anyway.

Kim 5.0The Motorhome was everything we had hoped for. Clean, warm, all items required in it for a lovely stay. Communication with the owner was brilliant. So helpful and on hand for any questions. Loved it.

Oana 5.0We recently rented a motorhome through Camplify from Dominik, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end! Communication & Handover: Dominik was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. From the initial booking to the final handover, he was prompt, friendly, and professional. He took the time to walk us through how everything worked, which made us feel completely at ease even though it was our first time renting a motorhome. The Motorhome: The motorhome was in immaculate condition clean, modern, and very well-equipped. Everything we needed was included, from kitchen essentials and bedding to camping chairs and even thoughtful little extras that made the trip more enjoyable. Its clear that Dominik puts a lot of care into maintaining the vehicle. On the Road: Driving and operating the motorhome was smooth and straightforward. We had no issues with any of the systems, and the layout was super practical and comfortable for both driving and sleeping. Whether we were parked at a campsite or on the road, it really felt like a home away from home. Return Process: Returning the van was just as easy as picking it up. Dominik was flexible with timing and made the process hassle-free. He was genuinely interested in hearing about our trip, which was a really nice touch. Overall: We couldnt have asked for a better first experience with motorhome travel. Dominik is a fantastic host, and booking through Camplify was simple and reliable. We would 100% recommend renting from him and hope to do so again for future adventures!
Sarah 5.0Our holiday was idilic. Jonathan was an absolutely lovely guy and the handover put us completely ease. The van was had everything we needed and was fantastic on fuel. We have no complaints at all. And the roof platform was epic for admirimg the brecon beacons in the morning. Would recommend
