We honestly cannot recommend Debbie and Paul at PEMBROKESHIRE CARAVAN HIRE highly enough. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding and made our holiday so easy, relaxing and stress free. The caravan itself was immaculate, beautifully presented and exactly as described. Everything was spotless and you could immediately see the amount of care and pride they put into what they do. What really made the experience stand out though was the incredible service Debbie and Paul provided. Communication was amazing from the very beginning. They were always quick to reply, so helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered, everything was explained clearly, and they even sent helpful videos beforehand showing us how everything worked, which made us feel so prepared and reassured before we even arrived. Having the caravan delivered and fully set up at our chosen campsite was incredible. Debbie and Paul took care of absolutely everything for us, so when we arrived we could just unpack, relax and go straight into holiday mode without any stress or hassle at all. They were genuinely some of the loveliest people we could have met. So kind, friendly and down to earth, and our girls absolutely loved them. They spent time chatting away with them while setting up and our girls kept talking afterwards about how kind they both were. It was all the extra little touches, care and effort they put in that really made the whole experience feel personal and special rather than just another caravan hire. If you are thinking about booking with PEMBROKESHIRE CARAVAN HIRE, do it. You will not be disappointed. Outstanding service, beautiful caravan and genuinely lovely people. We would recommend Debbie and Paul to absolutely anyone and will definitely be booking with them again ourselves.

the van was spotless and really well equipped including lovely welcome tray with coffee tea etc - all cleaning and cooking product and equipment provided. we met up easily and the set up was prompt and efficient. Debbie and Paul are really lovely and herlpful.

The caravan was fantastic. Delivered and set up and all questions answered. Debbie & husband were super friendly. The caravan had little extras which werent expected but very useful (soap, washing up liquid, foil, coffee & tea) Thank you so much for a wonderful caravan and being such lovely people!
