To make sure everything goes smoothly for you, we’ll send you some videos to watch before your hire dates. Don’t worry if you’re a caravan newbie—you’ll still look like a pro! These videos will show you everything you need to know about operating the caravan, both inside and outside. They’re a great way to get ready for your holiday and will come in handy if you need a quick refresher while you’re on the go. We’re always here to lend a hand, whether you need a quick chat or some extra guidance. Feel free to give us a call anytime throughout the day, and we’ll be more than happy to help you sort out any issues you might be facing. Don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to support you!

Hiring rules

• Just a friendly reminder about the caravan rules:
• * No smoking allowed inside the caravan, please.
• * Make sure to empty, clean, and leave the toilet cassette empty at the end of your stay. If you forget, we’ll have to deduct £25.00 from your security deposit.
• * Please remember to empty the grey waste container
• * Also, please don’t let the toilet cassette overflow into the chambers below. That’ll result in another £25.00 deduction from your security deposit.
• * Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
• * We’re all about having furry friends with us, so feel free to bring your fourlegged VIPs! Just a heads up, though, to bring blankets or covers for the upholstery so we can avoid any extra cleaning costs. And if you have a lot of pet hair, we’ll have to deduct another £25.00 from your security deposit.
• Just a heads up, the £95.00 'service' charge covers the cost of 2 people delivering your caravan to the site, setting it up with all services ready for use, we even tune the TV! (including the awning if you want to add it), and taking it back when you’re done.
• Thanks for your cooperation!

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  We honestly cannot recommend Debbie and Paul at PEMBROKESHIRE CARAVAN HIRE highly enough. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding and made our holiday so easy, relaxing and stress free. The caravan itself was immaculate, beautifully presented and exactly as described. Everything was spotless and you could immediately see the amount of care and pride they put into what they do. What really made the experience stand out though was the incredible service Debbie and Paul provided. Communication was amazing from the very beginning. They were always quick to reply, so helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered, everything was explained clearly, and they even sent helpful videos beforehand showing us how everything worked, which made us feel so prepared and reassured before we even arrived. Having the caravan delivered and fully set up at our chosen campsite was incredible. Debbie and Paul took care of absolutely everything for us, so when we arrived we could just unpack, relax and go straight into holiday mode without any stress or hassle at all. They were genuinely some of the loveliest people we could have met. So kind, friendly and down to earth, and our girls absolutely loved them. They spent time chatting away with them while setting up and our girls kept talking afterwards about how kind they both were. It was all the extra little touches, care and effort they put in that really made the whole experience feel personal and special rather than just another caravan hire. If you are thinking about booking with PEMBROKESHIRE CARAVAN HIRE, do it. You will not be disappointed. Outstanding service, beautiful caravan and genuinely lovely people. We would recommend Debbie and Paul to absolutely anyone and will definitely be booking with them again ourselves.

Your family was really easy to deal with and the girls had us laughing with them which made for a wonderful atmosphere.
