Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Robert advised the hob was temperamental but we only managed to use it once in the whole 6 days so couldn't cook the food we took or have the heating on at night which was a little disappointing as cooking our own food was the main reason for hiring a van. Everything else was good and Robert was responsive to messages throughout.

    Our campervan experience with Macey Moo was fantastic. We had never rented a campervan before. When we went to pick up the campervan, Robert was incredibly helpful and kind, answering all of our questions. We had a great time travelling in Macey Moo; it was nearly like driving a car! This campervan hire was completely hassle-free, therefore we highly recommend it.
