Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Joanne 5.0Ideal for my purposes. Travelled from Cornwall to Cardiff and parked no problem. Drove well. Used inner bed not pop top as by myself. Leisure battery charged phone overnight and fridge. I didn't use cooker or sink as only needed to sleep

Ian 2.0Not recommended. The van leaked, leaving us in a wet bed for two nights. We got no real solution and returned it early. The host offered a refund, then backtracked. This is now being raised as a formal complaint.
