Cancellations

- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Nikki 5.0First night was great, on a site with electric hookup. Second night it went downhill as we had planned our route without electric. Leisure battery would not hold a charge. No lights after 15 minutes, no fridge, no hot water and no heating unless the engine was running. Touched base with Adam to let him know, but nothing could be done at that point. Carried on with holiday and let Adam know the full details on our return. 7 days later no feedback or acknowledgement of the issue from Adam other than his Dad turned the lights on and they worked, which was obvious as my message had sated they worked for 15 minutes. Could have had a cheaper van elsewhere without a shower as we couldnt use it anyway.
Elena 5.0Had an amazing long weekend in a well-maintained van! It was compact, easy to drive, and cleverly designed with plenty of storage and everything you need for a great camping experience. Matt, the owner, was friendly and flexible, taking the time to show us all the vans features. Highly recommendedthank you!
