Hiring rules

- The vehicle is for use within the UK.
- Comes complete with gas, furniture and toilet chemicals.
- We do not allow use of the awning.
- We offer secure storage for your vehicle and offer pickup from Newcastle Airport.
- Mileage is limited to 120 miles per day, additional miles are charged at £0.50 per mile for the first 100 miles then at £1.00 per mile. The Vehicle needs to be returned with the inside clean, charges apply for cleaning, toilet, waste water emptying.
- We will need to have 2 Utility bills, drivers licence and National Insurance number.
- Pick up is 12.00 & Return 10.00
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
