We are open to hire across the UK and Europe, and festivals too. During your hire, you also have the option to leave your personal vehicle on our home drive if you wish, alternatively we can meet to exchange too. Minimum hire of four days.

Hiring rules

  • Respect the van and we'll respect you, simple really
  • We are flexible and trusting and we expect the same in return
  • Honesty is the best policy, so if something has been broken, damaged, malfunctioned please make us aware. We will work with you to resolve in an appropriate manner.
  • Return the van clean and tidy, as you found it
  • Replace any broken or consumed items where possible, otherwise reasonable charges may apply from your damage deposit
  • We will offer a 30 minute tutorial on the basic functionality of the campervan on the day of collection
  • Gas will be provided
  • Common Hiring Rules
  • No smoking inside
  • No pets OR pets only upon application
  • Single sex couples are welcome however single sex groups such as stag dos and hen parties are not permitted.
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of £25.00
  • Standard pickup / dropoff times to be agreed and adhered to where possible (£50.00 penalty charge for late drop offs outside the agreed time)
  • Cooking is allowed inside the van, however, please ensure the gas is turned off after use and ensure no items are at risk of being caught by the flames. A fire extinguisher is provided if required. Please remain in the van whilst the gas cooker is on so you can react promptly to any eventuality (any damage to the van will be taken from your damage deposit)
  • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
  • Empty waste water
  • Cooking gas is inclusive to the hire contract
  • Payment of a damage deposit of £500.00 is required within 14 days of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
  • We will be in touch prior to the start of the hirer to do a driving licence check and obtain proof of address
  • Vehicle usage
  • Mileage limit of 100 miles per day (e.g. 3 days hire is 300 miles, 7 days hire 700 miles) are included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. If you exceed 1000 miles during the entire hire you will pay £0.50 per mile exceeded.
  • Minimum hire of 3 days
  • Hirer age restrictions (25 to 70 years for Flexible members)
  • Fuel: return filled with diesel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • You will be responsible for any road toll payments or charges for late payments, speeding or parking fines during the period of the hire
  • No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads
  • Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £700.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Absolutely loved the van, it was just as described. Nathan and Claire where amazing, transparent and flexible on the collection and drop off time. The van came with all the amenities we could ever need, plus an awning, table and chair sets. 100% would love to hire again in the future! Thank you both for the lovely experience.
