- When we request it 2 months prior to hire, Please send the following
- Copy of your drivers license
- (Minimum 2 Years UK / EU / USA/ Australia license and your at least 25 years old. )
- 2 x Proof of address dated within 2 months ( phone bill and card/bank statement, see below )
- Copy of your license, the address must match the proof of address.
- Maximam 6 points on your license. Send us a Check code report from dvla https://www.gov.uk/viewdrivinglicence

- Please confirm You have never had insurance declined or refused.
- Please confirm you have no more than 1 fault accident claim in the last 3 years.
- No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
- No smoking inside the van
- No pets OR pets only upon application
- festivals must be requested, we do accept if requested.
- Hirer age restrictions (Camplify Flex insurance covers 30 70 yrs of age)
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
- Van must return cleaned or will incur a £150.00 fee.
- Pick up from midday or earlier if requested Drop back by 5pm
- No freecamping
- Travel distance (radius from base) limits Uk only unless requested.
- Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
- Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 150 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Gas Cylinder £40.00 cash to pay upon collection of vehicle.
- Toilet cassette must be empty upon return. We charge £50.00 if not
- No smoking
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Refundable Accident Excess
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The bond for this van depends on the owner's insurance policy. Please ask the owner for the amount after your booking request. Camplify will charge you up to this amount per damage event on behalf of the owner.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John 5.0Van was super comfortable. We had a technical issue with the leisure battery whilst we were away and Parminder made sure that it was sorted for us by the RAC. Really super support and I would thoroughly recommend.
