This van is perfect for small families or couples wanting to get on the road and enjoy a holiday. Very well looked after as it’s our own personal camper and we’ve enjoyed many breaks all over the UK. Comes with loads of extras that can be used, tent that can sleep upto 6 and massive storage space that’s secured against the campervan. All original VW van

We expect till back in the same condition she left, if for any reason it isn’t we would charge a cleaning fee of £50.00 *No smoking inside *No pets *No festivals *Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises *Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee of £50.00 *Standard pick-up / drop-off times are 10am pick up 4pm drop off (these can be adjusted via request) *Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required *gas to be returned full *Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved *Mileage limits (per day) 100 miles per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify’s pre- and post-hire checklist. *Hirer age restrictions (25 to 70 years for Flexible members) *Fuel – return filled with diesel fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure. *No off-road driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads *Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call me or Camplify on 0330 808 1811.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
