  • • No smoking inside the caravan
  • • No festivals or offroad use without prior approval
  • 🛠️ Use & Care of the Caravan:
  • • Treat the caravan with care and respect
  • • Return the caravan in a clean condition, inside and out
  • • Toilet must be emptied before return (extra fee applies if not)
  • • No climbing on the roof or towing without correct hitch setup
  • • Only use certified gas bottles and hook up cables provided

  • ⛽ Power & Equipment Use:
  • • Batterypowered use is limited – be energy conscious
  • • 240V appliances only usable when connected to external hookup
  • • Turn off gas, water pump, and electrics when not in use
  • • Use only provided chemicals in the toilet cassette
  • 🚫 Prohibited:
  • • No smoking or vaping inside
  • • No flushing inappropriate items down the toilet
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Nice tidy van, I only slept in the van and didn't really use any of its functions apart from the fridge. all ok, did everything i needed.
