When you book the Zefiro 696, you’re getting a brandnew, fully equipped motorhome ready for your adventure. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and stressfree experience.
🚐 Usage & Care
No dirty footwear inside the motorhome.
Treat all equipment and furnishings with care.
Report any damage or missing items as soon as possible.
Do not wash the exterior – this requires professional cleaning.
🧼 Cleaning & Waste
Before return, please:
Empty grey water and freshwater tanks.
Empty and clean the toilet cassette.
Clean the interior, including kitchen appliances if used.
If you brought a pet (with approval), thoroughly clean to remove all hair and odour.
⛽ Fuel & Mileage
Return with the same fuel level as supplied.
Included mileage: 100 miles per night (e.g., 700 miles for 7 nights).
Extra miles: 45p per mile (additional mileage can be prearranged at a discount).
🚭 Smoking & Pets
No smoking allowed – penalties apply.
Pets allowed by prior agreement only.
⏰ Return Policy
Please return on time – late returns charged at £75.00/hour.

Hire Fee: From £120.00 per day

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
