  • When you book the Zefiro 696, you’re getting a brandnew, fully equipped motorhome ready for your adventure. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and stressfree experience.
  • 🚐 Usage & Care
  • No dirty footwear inside the motorhome.
  • Treat all equipment and furnishings with care.
  • Report any damage or missing items as soon as possible.
  • Do not wash the exterior – this requires professional cleaning.
  • 🧼 Cleaning & Waste
  • Before return, please:
  • Empty grey water and freshwater tanks.
  • Empty and clean the toilet cassette.
  • Clean the interior, including kitchen appliances if used.
  • If you brought a pet (with approval), thoroughly clean to remove all hair and odour.
  • ⛽ Fuel & Mileage
  • Return with the same fuel level as supplied.
  • Included mileage: 100 miles per night (e.g., 700 miles for 7 nights).
  • Extra miles: 45p per mile (additional mileage can be prearranged at a discount).
  • 🚭 Smoking & Pets
  • No smoking allowed – penalties apply.
  • Pets allowed by prior agreement only.
  • ⏰ Return Policy
  • Please return on time – late returns charged at £75.00/hour.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
