Hiring rules
- If you would like to take the camper to Europe we charge £150.00 per booking.
- This includes fully comprehensive insurance, RAC full breakdown, unlimited mileage, additional drivers, European driving kit and Sat Nav.
- You must choose the van package option if you are going into Europe.
- Once a booking has been confirmed all drivers will be required to provide the following identification 48 hours before collection of camper (no earlier as ID needs to be up to date)
- Driving licence details front and back
- DVLA check code
- Bank statement dated within 90 days same address as licence
- Utility bill/official letter dated within 90 days same address as licence.
- NO EXCEPTIONS
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
