Hiring rules

- Driver: Aged between 23– 79 for Motorhome/campervan rental
- . Held a uk or EU driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
- . Has not had their licence suspended for any period within the last 3 years.
- Not been involved in any fault incidents in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 convictions maximum 3 points each.
- Has not obtained a disqualified driver, reckless or dangerous driving or theft or unauthorised taking conviction.
- Has signed a lease agreement for vehicle on hire. (done on day of collection)
- Deposit/payment must match drivers name and on Campervan lease agreement for insurance purpose.
- (Below statement regarding DVLA verification applies to uk license only)
- I will need to verify your licence via the Dvla website.
- For me to do the above I will need

- A check code from Dvla

- 2x forms of proof of address (dated within 2 months of your hire date)
- 1 driver is covered with our insurance and roadside assistance.
- For additional drivers there is a charge of £40.00 each driver.
- (All additional drivers will have to meet insurance requirements & be able to supply requested documentation for insurance purposes
- under above insurance requirements.
- Additional driver/s must make the £40.00 payment directly from their names bank account so insurance an see a clear trace.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
