Hiring rules

• What time is collection / return? Collection is from 3pm and return is by 11am.
• Do you offer an early collection / late return? We can arrange early collection and late returns, subject to availability and by agreement prior to booking. Early collection starts at 1pm for £30.00, and late return extends until 1pm for £30.00. This will be added as a charge at the end of the hire.
• Where should I pick up and drop off the motorhome? The owner's home address. The locality is given on booking and the full address 48 hours before departure, all automated by camplify.
• What mileage can I do? The mileage is limited to 150 miles daily, anything over will be charged at 50p per mile.
• What are the hire dates? The hire dates are as agreed on camplify's calendar.
• How much is the security deposit? The amount is as agreed on camplify.
• What documents do I need to bring? The traveller must provide a full driving licence with DVLA code and two proofs of address (within 3 months, matching licence).
• What can you tell me about insurance and liability? The Traveller is fully liable up to the full cost of the vehicle for any loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents arising from theft or attempted theft if the keys are left in or on the vehicle or the vehicle is left unlocked, or if the driver is over the legal alcohol limit or under the influence of drugs. (This is because this is excluded in the insurance and leaves the traveller fully liable for the motorhome). Any loss, theft, or damage (including tyres, mirrors, glass, or equipment) will be deducted from the security deposit. Any deduction will reflect the actual loss or reasonable costs incurred by the Owners.
• What about fines and property? The traveller is responsible for all fines during hire. Owners’ insurance does not cover Traveller’s property or vehicles left on site.
• What are the rules and charges on return? Return must be on time, clean, undamaged, and with full fuel tank. Smoking inside forfeits the full deposit. Charges: Cleaning £75.00, Refuelling £20.00+fuel, Unemptied toilet £30.00, Overflowed cassette £50.00.
• What do I need to know about the driver and the use of the vehicle? All licence endorsements or accidents must be declared. Only named and approved drivers may drive the vehicle. Use by unauthorised persons voids insurance and makes the Traveller fully liable. Vehicle must not be hired or lent to others. GPS tracking is used for security and safety purposes and in compliance with UK data protection laws.
• Can I take the motorhome to a festival? Festivals may be considered upon request (+ £100.00 festival fee)
• What is included in the "van package" optional extra? You will receive 2 luxury hotel style pillows, 1 Night Lark coverless duvet and pillowcase set (King / Super King) and 1 Egyptian cotton flat sheet.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
