We love making your holiday really special. When you are hiring a classic VW campervan from us, we make sure that you’ll be getting all the essential equipment you need. Having this ‘run through’ gives you simple and helpful guidance on using and operating the campervan. On the off chance that you’ll be needing to look anything up during your journey we ensure that we leave a copy of the manual in the campervan for you. Your campervan will be provided with a full tank of E5 Petrol on your arrival and needs to be returned with the same amount.

Hiring rules

• The campervans can travel throughout our operating area of Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
• Insurance is included in our price for one driver. For an extra admin fee we can add 1 additional driver if required.
• Changeovers are Friday and Mondays only, with minimum 3 night bookings. Pick up from 3pm on the first day and return is strictly by 11am on the last day of your booking. We can accommodate Sunday dropoffs by prior arrangement.
• Prices are based on a 3 night booking, for lower prices on 4 or 7 nights, request a quote.
• Here are some of the key requirements to check for the driver(s) to meet the insurance criteria:
• Must be between the age of 23 and 75 and have a full valid UK license for at lease 2 years.
• Have no more than 2 x 3 points & 1 incident claim in last 3 years. Any driving bans within the last 5 years will require a referral to the underwriters of the insurance, please contact us first before booking.
• Must be able to provide two address IDs that match the name and address of the driving licence, no older than 3 months from your holiday date. Documents include: utility bills, council tax, bank or card statement, payslip, mobile bill etc. The full list will be provided once you have booked
• If you are not sure about meeting the driver criteria, please contact us and we can provide further information and speak to the insurers if required. Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, we will request any additional information and ask that any ID documents are uploaded to our secure DropBox account. We will also ask you to provide a Driver Check Code.
• Please note that our change over dates are Monday and Friday with minimum 3 night bookings.
• Our prices are based on a 3 night booking, therefore discounts will apply for 4 or 7 night bookings, please request a quote.
• No smoking is permitted, a copy of our full terms and conditions will be provided.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
