Here we have our beautiful Bailey’s unicorn Seville caravan, top of the range model. The caravan comes with everything you will need for a comfortable stay away but all the extras to make it feel home from home. The Seville comes with a central heating system, oven and hob, fridge (with freezer compartment) microwave, huge end bathroom with walk in shower, two wardrobes and the front lounge makes into a large double/king size bed or two singles. Please let me know what bedding you require. The Seville can be supplied with or without awning, a sun canopy, a Cadac for outdoor cooking (highly recommended) outside table and chairs plus all the essentials you will need to make your caravan holiday enjoyable. We operate in the Cornwall only area we deliver the caravan for you and collect it.

Drivers must hold a full UK, EU, EEA, Australian or New Zealand licence for at least 2 years. You can have up to 6 penalty points, with no major convictions, driving bans, and no more than 2 accidents in the past 3 years.

Additional information

We are able to supply welcome breakfast packs which includes locally sourced produce from our village farm shop this will include sausage, bacon, eggs, milk, bread, and butter and not forgetting baked beans. A vegetarian option will be available on request. These are charged at as an extra, please message us to enquire. There is a possibility for hire for great estate, Royal Cornwall show, festivals and rallies. However, these will require an additional deposit and it increased cleaning fee. Please message for more information. 10% off on your next booking for returning customers!

Hiring rules

  • Strictly no smoking/ vaping in the caravan or awning .
  • Caravan must be returned in the condition it is received in.
  • All water containers and waste water must be emptied before returning and also please empty your toilet regularly throughout your stay and before leaving.
  • Any damages must be reported immediately.
  • Lost keys will be charged for replacement.
  • In the event of no electric hook up, you will be charged for gas.
  • All waste water and toilet compartment must be emptied before leaving and also during your stay (toilet that is 😳)
  • Please bear in mind if you hire the awning and if there is bad weather, high winds etc you will be responsible for taking the awning down to prevent any damage. Should any damage occur, this will be charged to you.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We are local family, my husband and I were born in the same village, Brea and now live less than half a mile away . We adore the county we grew up and feel we are very lucky to still live here. We have a small holding around 10 miles pass Truro but these days we just have two Shetland ponies and our small dogs that go everywhere with us. We have thoroughly enjoyed camping over the years as have our children and grandchildren.
