Hiring rules
- We ask that you refrain from smoking in Hugo. Please cover the seats with the blankets provided if you are brining along your beloved pet. We also ask that you bring your own bedding. Fuel is provided at the time of collection and we kindly ask that you return Hugo with the same amount of fuel as when you set off.
- Hirer must be 24 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
