Hiring rules

  • No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins
  • No smoking inside
  • Pets allowed, additional £50.00 charge per hire.
  • Hirer age restrictions (min 25 / maximum 70 years)
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
  • Standard pickup / dropoff times
  • Pickup 3pm 5pm / Drop off 8am 11am
  • £100.00 Charge for late return per hour
  • For insurance reasons, you will need to provide two utility bills (dated within 90 days of hire start date) showing the same address as your driving licence. If you hold a nonUK licence, you will also need to provide your passport and two bills from the same country.
  • All drivers are between the ages of 25 and 70, have held a full manual drivers licence for at least 2 years and have no more than 6 points on their licences ( Single 6 point SP30, SP50, CU80 convictions are subject to double excess) and have no more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it to us immediately.
  • Limits on mileage is 150 miles per day, you will be charged .50p per additional mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
  • FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you and please inform us also.
  • Refuelling charges if not returned full:
  • Diesel: £75.00–£140.00 (depending on level)
  • Waste Water and toilet must be emptied prior to returning. £75.00 fee if toilet/waste tank is not emptied
  • CLEANING Motorhome must be returned clean as it was when it was taken. Cleaning charges will occur if motor returns unclean.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
