Hiring rules
- • Driver age 25–79
- • Maximum 6 penalty points
- • No smoking or vaping in the van
- • No festivals or large events without prior agreement
- • UK mainland travel only (unless agreed)
- • 1pm collection / 11am return
- • Van to be returned clean and fuel level as collected
- • No offroad driving (tracks and campsites fine – no green laning)
- • Drivers must adhere to UK road laws at all times.
- • The van must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- • Please ensure gas is turned off and the vehicle is secured when left unattended.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
