Hiring rules

  • Please return the motorhome in the same condition it was collected:
  • • Fuel tank returned full
  • • Motorhome left clean and tidy
  • • Toilet cassette emptied and rinsed
  • • Waste water tank emptied
  • • All rubbish removed from the vehicle
  • Driving Requirements
  • • The main driver must meet the insurance requirements provided during booking.
  • • Only drivers approved through the booking platform are permitted to drive the motorhome.

  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the motorhome.
  • Pets may be allowed by prior agreement only.
  • Please contact us before booking if you intend to take the motorhome to a festival or large event.
  • Taking Care of the Motorhome
  • Please ensure before driving that:
  • • The electric hookup cable is disconnected
  • • Roof lights and windows are closed
  • • Loose items inside are secured
  • Returning the Motorhome
  • Please ensure the motorhome is returned at the agreed time so we can prepare it for the next guests.
  • We will ensure when you collect the vehicle, it is pristine ready for you to enjoy your adventure, we do not expect you to valet the motorhome, but please treat it with upmost respect and return it respectfully clean and free of any rubbish. Please do not wear dirty shoes inside and ensure that you report any damages or missing items as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to repair when you return.
  • Please do not attempt to clean or wash the exterior of the motorhome as this requires specialised chemicals and may result in damage to the bodywork.
  • Communication
  • If you experience any issues during your trip, please contact us straight away so we can help resolve them quickly.
  • Failure to follow the rules will result in the following charges
  • Fuel cost of fuel plus £35.00
  • Toilet cleaning and/ or emptying £100.00
  • Grey waste emptying £35.00
  • Excessive Interior cleaning £100.00
  • Late return fee £50.00 per hour
  • Evidence of smoking £500.00
  • Missing/ broken items cost of the item
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
