We ask that you are kind and patient with her, use the guidebook for specific help and we are always available on WhatsApp. She is our family van, so please enjoy her, but also respect and take care of her too.
Hiring rules
- No offroad driving
- No smoking inside or nearby the van
- Collection at 15.00
- Return at 11.00
- Or please message us to agree your requests
- For our insurance, we will be in touch prior to the start of the hire to do a driving license check and obtain proof of address (within last 3 months).
- If damage happens, it is important that you report it immediately we can fix most things if we know about them.
- Hirers are welcome to drive the van up to 100 miles a day. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged .45p per mile, payable at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- Please return Babs with a full tank of DIESEL all hires include a full tank upon departure. Failure to return Babs with full tank will incur a refueling fee of £125.00.
- Please leave the van clean and tidy, rubbish cleared, bins empty, fridge, freezer and cupboards clear of your food and drinks. Failure to return Babs with this complete will incur a cleaning fee of £50.00. If the van is excessively dirty inside, we reserve the right to charge a fine of up to £250.00 this is only for circumstances where excessive mess, dirt and disrespect has been left by hirers.
- Please return the van with an empty grey water tank (shower and sink water).
- The toilet cassette should be emptied and rinsed through. Failure to return this empty incurs a fee of £150.00, it is your wee, please empty it!
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

James 5.0This van was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was really clean, comfortable and really well kitted out so cooking was a dream (loved the huge fridge!) Great layout, we loved the drop down bed and slept so well! So much clever storage, we are planning another trip for a week or more! The hot shower was a treat, and we even used the heating which was powerful on a chilly evening. Katie answered our questions patiently, as we are new to motorhomes, but this van was really a doddle to drive and stay in, highly recommend!
