Hiring rules

  • Betty’s House Rules
  • To keep Betty in top condition for every guest, please follow these simple rules:
  • Return with a full tank of fuel
  • Interior to be cleaned and left tidy
  • Waste emptied including toilet cassette and grey water
  • Cleaning & Charges If the vehicle is not returned clean, a £75.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit
  • Failure to empty the toilet cassette will incur a £100.00 charge
  • Failure to refill fuel will be charged at cost plus £20.00 admin fee
  • General Use
  • No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome
  • Dogs are allowed only if declared and the £30.00 cleaning surcharge is paid
  • Please remove muddy shoes and take care of upholstery and furnishings
  • Do not exceed the 6 berth capacity
  • Driving & Care
  • Only named drivers are permitted to drive
  • Please be mindful of height and width restrictions
  • Report any damage or issues immediately
  • Extras
  • All hired extras must be returned in the same condition provided or replacement costs will apply

Pricing

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
