  • Elsie's House Rules
  • Drivers aged 23 and 24 will have a higher security deposit of £750.00
  • To keep Elsie in top condition for every guest, please follow these simple rules:
  • Return with a full tank of fuel
  • Interior to be cleaned and left tidy
  • Waste emptied including toilet cassette and grey water
  • Cleaning & Charges If the vehicle is not returned clean, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit
  • General Use
  • No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome
  • Dogs are allowed only if declared and the £30.00 cleaning surcharge is paid
  • Please remove muddy shoes and take care of upholstery and furnishings
  • Do not exceed the 4 berth capacity
  • Driving & Care
  • Only named drivers are permitted to drive
  • Please be mindful of height and width restrictions
  • Report any damage or issues immediately
  • Extras
  • All hired extras must be returned in the same condition provided or replacement costs will apply
  • Thank you for taking care of Betty and helping keep her ready for the next adventure.
  • Full terms and conditions will be sent after booking.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
