'Halen' is a 2004 2.5L diesel T30 LWB VW Camper. If you are new to campervanning, don't worry, I will help with all you need to know and I will make sure you know how everything works before you go! He comes with a fridge/freezer, dual gas hob, sink with built in electric water pump, LED lighting, 240v hook up socket, leisure battery, safety box and tow bar. • Insurance INCLUDED, no additional insurance fees! • Pets of all shapes and sizes are welcome. • Long Wheel Base gives lots of extra space and allows you to fit a single bed 1.5m in length (see photos) Parking is available at collection point. Nearby railway stations are Luton Airport Parkway or Harpenden Station. Remember, bring your bedding or sleeping bag and a towel as well as your usual clothes packing. 'Halen' comes with 5 seat belts, rock & roll double bed with made-to-measure self-inflating mattress. There's also space for an additional 1.5m long single bed (fits small adult/child) if needed.

Hiring rules

  • The maximum mileage limit is 250 miles a day. (32p per mile will be charged for extra mileage)
  • NO SMOKING in the van.
  • Please return with a full tank of fuel (Full to full) If less than a full tank, the charge will be the cost of fuel plus £20.00.
  • Please return clean inside. I will arrange exterior cleaning on return.
  • Additional drivers can be added at a cost of £50.00 per driver.
  • DO NOT take Halen through an automatic car wash.
  • Report any breakages or loss on return.
  • DO NOT take Halen in a multi story car park or any car park with a height barrier less than 2 metres.
  • Avoid hills with gradients higher than 20%.
  • Your own vehicle is left near my property at your own risk.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £250.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
